Here in the numinous glade of your sublime love,
On the intangible pathway of the soul,
Here is the most marvellous of all mysteries -
Reaching across creation in whole,
Our love dances across every possibility -

The events of our lives are self chosen,
For spirit heart mind learning on soul pathways.
And the Eternal would teach us compassion and grace,
That Ultimate love be our most joyful embrace.
A divinely inspired, self empowering spiritual interface -

That we chose to live in this here and now,
To meet in this where and when, how to die also -
The Omniscient for the growth of soul love, agreed this life plan somehow.
Every achievement or despair a lesson on our hearts bough,
And we balance our spirits learning with love -

To understand this soul love, in earthly lives we manifest,
Overcoming all grief and pain with gratitude for love's learning as professed.
My opened heart a gateway beyond all dreams and yearning,
I follow your love on my spiritual quest,

There are points the Universal Soul will teach us,

This poem springs from my heart mind following my recent reading of Robert Schwartz' book 'Your Soul's Plan' in which with the the help of mediums he communicates with persons souls to discuss how their lives had come to experience great hardships and challenges.

The astonishing outlook they offer is that the souls themselves, in agreement with those of the key participants in their ensuing earth lives, have chosen and agreed to support each other with the difficulties they experience such as blindness, illness and death. In the conrtext of our souls being infinite in nature, the experiences and cost of our brief human lives is not so insurmountable in nature against the lessons they may learn during each life, this view is acceptable if the soul has so chosen.

I feel a great affinity with this book because it empowers the souls who otherwise may appear to be victims blighted by lifes cruelties - Instead they are presented as souls persuing by agreement with their companion souls such as myself the challenges of lifes hardships and death as a method of soul learning to develop greater compassion and love for all beings. ''Earth primarily serves the function of teaching you to let go of fear and (to) love unconditionally'' Spirit Guide as channeled by the Medium Staci Wells in the book.

''(Life) is not a, random, haphazard occurance filled with meaningless suffering, but rather a well conceived plan rich with purpose. We who live such plans are more than a mere assemblage of minerals; we are our souls. And as souls, we are eternal.'' Robert Schwartz.
 

In such a remarkable universe that we exist within, this view presents a wider outlook of a loving Creator who supports us in co-creating our own paths of spiritual evolution.

The Metaphysics of Love;

My words of love for you are the very essence of my spirit,
My poems for you are the most sacred love offering of my life -

Every thought of you is a flowering star in my heart, luminous, bright and beautiful -
I walk with your love throughout the shining gardens of our ethereal heavens, forever.

I am following your love, one impossible step at a time outside of everything,
Opening my heart to perception without form, your presence without physicality -

Soul Proof / Post

Inspirational, uplifting and deeply healing, Dr.Pitstick's book 'Soul Proof' is recomemended reading for any who are bereaved or have an interest in our spirits continuing to exist, following their soul journeys and communicating with us after they have left their body. Your spring flowers called out to me, from their deep unfurled sleeping,

They ask to know where you are, missing your touch they are weeping.

I explain to spiritual gardens of delight, and to happiness you have flown,

Your Love Leads My Spirit

Sometime after I am transcended into spirit,
I will understand all of the reasons of why,
But until then and ever after and ever after,
I shall keep your love in my heart and nearby.

I realise that to a great spiritual awakening,
you were taken up at dawn into delight.
I believe that in happiness and joy you are dancing,
in the luminescence of heavens sweet light.

Yet bound up in earth physics as I still am,
it is hard to accept you exist outside them today,
Just as once upon a time and far away,
were places we could not with any conviction portray.

I am however open to intuition, inner light,
heart love sight and the essence divine -
For here you are found beyond all longing,

I know that you can hear me now my love,

On The Soul Plan & Physical Death / Post

On The Soul Plan & Physical Death;

Following my beloved wife Wendy passing away in October 2019 due to cancer, I have been trying to understand in a spiritual context what it means for us, how can I carry on and will we be reunited in some sence in the hereafter. Looking outside the box of our physical reality is an essential for me on this path of enquiry as Wendy's spirit and love which I still feel to be with me now are not bound in matter.

I already knew that we are part of the same 'Soul Group' sharing our life path, outlook and helping each other with our life lessons. Within that Soul Group I also know that we are Soul Mates - a partnership formed in heaven if you will and more than that I feel that we are Twin Flames - two souls cast from the same originating Soul higher up in the procedures. I found it helpful to explore what is 'known' of the Seven Heavens and the voyage of the Soul in the Afterlife, as it proceeds along its way to fulfilling its Soul Purpose, which is to travel various paths of learning and evolution until eventually joining in oneness with the infnite Creator spirit. So we are Twin Flames and Soul Mates, from a Soul Group who are sharing learnings and supporting each other along the way to find ultimate fulfilment of our Soul Purpose.

These outlooks have proven to be wonderfully uplifting and they help me to cope with my newly bereaved circumstances, but they did little to assuage the pain and grief that arises from the inability to find any meaning or frame of reference within which to reconcile the why. Why did this terminal cancer happen to her-to us, we have lived healthy loving lives full of care and compassion for ourselves, for each other and for others - our lives reflect this in the social, creative, supportive works that we have undertaken throughout.

Then I researched what is 'known' of the 'Soul Plan'. This comprises our individual Soul's plan for what we hope to learn and acheive whilst living in this particular physical incarnation, this life on earth. More specifically in my case I wanted to find some context for how our deaths can be a part of that Soul Plan. I found a small number of authors and councellors who address these isues in a way that resonates with me as meaningful and share some of Mark Pitstick's views from his website here.

I caution the reader however that this outlook indicates our Soul's have in most instances and in a spiritual sense chosen the manner of their death. This could be to facilitate an advancement in their learning for the evolution of their Soul along its path to the Soul Purpose. As the partner of one who has left this life before me in unexpected medical circumstances, I am also interested to find the conjecture that as a part of her Soul Group I at some level had agreed to support her in the chosen method of departure from the physical realm.

If the reader finds this difficult to grasp concept overwhelmingly objectionable, I urge them to read no further - my intent is not to add to anyones grief or upset.

On the other hand however I have shared the views given here precisely because I personally find them to be hopeful and helpful. They relieve me of much existential distress which they replace in part with a view that enfolds all of the circumstances of our lives and our deaths in love.

Soul Proof;

Imagine how wonderful life would be if you 'really knew' without a doubt that no one really dies. How reassuring it would be if irrefutable evidence could prove that we each are indestructible spiritual beings having a temporary earthly experience.  For thousands of years spiritual masters have taught this message. More recently scientific studies, clinical evidence, and numerous firsthand experiences (ie Near Death Experiences & after death medium accounts) strongly indicate that our life is part of a totally safe and magnificent ongoing adventure within and throughout eternity!

We Are An Integral Part Of The Universe;

Tragedies and suffering are most haunting when we view life from a duality perspective.  Dualism is the belief that life is divided, that we truly are separate from others and from the Life Source. Einstein considered the belief that we are separate from the rest of creation to be an optical delusion.  When we believe only what our five senses report, we are trapped in dualist beliefs. We may then suffer from illusions that restrict our perception of what reality really is - how far and on how many levels it reaches beyond our physically based awareness. Even though our five senses are amazing it is a scientific fact that they detect much less than 1% of reality. It is as though we have looked at life through a tiny pinhole and then wondered why it doesn’t make sense. The more we may 'see' beyond our five senses perhaps by means of inner sight, intuition, spiritual perception etc, the greater our awareness that all life is interconnected, ever expanding, and never-ending.


The Authors Views or Insights Are Inspired By;

Near-death experiencers, particularly those with deeper visits into the Light
Authentic mediums who accurately communicate details from guides, angels, and those who have passed on
Spiritual / religious teachings about a meaning and timing to all life events
Common reports from Life Between Lives experiences – long hypnotic sessions in which subjects recall life details before coming to Earth

Everything I’ve learned and thought in over 40 years of researching topics about life, death, and afterlife

Meaningful or Chaotic Universe;

Life can be viewed as either: 
(1). meaningful and purposeful, or 
(2). chaotic and random. 
If we choose the former and there’s good evidence for that perspective, then from where and from whom does the meaning and purpose stem?  Some find peace in the answer that those aspects come from selfless service to others.  Others feel that the “meaning and purpose department” is staffed by an all-knowing God.  Still others prefer a model that our souls choose events that will result in optimal growth.  Each of those answers may be like the blind men’s descriptions of the elephant.  Perhaps they each are true, but only partially so.


Pre Birth Life Planning;

Let’s consider two extremes.
Beginner souls are just learning their way around the block, so to speak.  They may not ask for, let alone follow, wise guidance.  Once on Earth, they may completely ignore the little guidance they did absorb. They may totally go off plan and, as a result, their lives can become chaotic. 
Advanced souls, on the other hand, understand the importance of seeking wise counsel and following it to the best of their ability. As a result, they may be quite adept at successful planning and fulfilling of their soul’s missions. This explains why pre-birth planning, and following through on those ideals, does not optimally occur to the same degree for everyone. 


Questions & Answers;

1. Are the events that happen while I am on Earth planned?
Yes, but not all of them. Only key events—from the soul’s perspective—appear to be pre-planned.  Things that seem major to a human may be of no consequence from the soul’s perspective.  Conversely, minor occurrences—at least from an earthly viewpoint— may be planned since they may be quite important for the soul.

2. If so, who does the planning? God?  Your angels and guides?  Your soul?
Ideally, by all of the above after collaborating to plan an optimal earth-experience.  More mature souls use the wisdom of their higher energy assistants / assistance (angels, guides, master teachers, soul mates, evolved energies, the Light) and design key life events accordingly. However, beginner souls– less advanced or aware parts of All That Is, may not recognize the importance of listening to others.  Like impulsive or rebellious children, less mature beings may make impulsive or questionable decisions.  That is their choice, of course, for we live in a free-will Universe.  However, they also must bear responsibility for the results of their choices.  That’s how they learn about the law of cause and effect and, thus, the wisdom of seeking wise counsel and right living.

3. To what degree are events planned? Are they completely determined, or is just the possibility of certain outcomes designed?
As I understand it, pre-planning by the soul consists of likelihoods.  Events aren’t set up as completely predetermined, but exist more as potentialities.  Here’s my best current understanding about how it works.  Let’s say my soul wanted to grow in patience and compassion as the main goals for this earthly incarnation.
My soul may have set up a possibility of being severely injured.  The long recovery and immobility phases could set the stage for developing the desired personality improvements (presumably including such aspects as patience, acceptance, understanding).  I’ve certainly had my chances of this occurring.
A minority of life events are established by souls as absolutes rather than possibilities.  For example, consider the outcome if a soul chose to be born into a body deformed by Thalidomide, Paxil, or another drug with serious potential side-effects. That soul chose an occurrence that was a certainty, that is, an irreversible physical abnormality.

4. Do souls always succeed with their plans, or do they sometimes fail?
The level of a soul’s advancement determines whether and to what degree its purposes are reached. Beginner souls are less adept at realizing and demonstrating how much they co-create their lives.  Advanced souls have more experience in this regard.  By the way, there is no hierarchy to or vanity in being a more evolved soul.  Every part of creation and every stage of development is recognized as important.

5. Can pre-birth planning be changed and, if so, by whom?
Indications are that soul planning can be changed, and the soul always has a role in that decision. Higher energy assistants may strongly suggest an alteration of plans, but the soul retains free will to listen or not. A soul’s emphases might shift, goals may be reached sooner than expected, or supporting cast members may not fulfill their parts. Any of these can necessitate a change in the script.  It’s very much like a movie or theatrical play.  To extend that analogy, you are the writer, producer, director, and star of your life’s story.  You determine whether your life is most like a tragedy, quirky comedy, repetitive melodrama, or exciting and successful adventure. It often happens that the personality gets off track and, with the soul’s consent, original plans need to be modified.

6. Why would souls choose to experience illness, disability, broken relationships, financial loss, and other forms of suffering?
This is a very important question. From a self-centered human perspective, only a lunatic would choose suffering.  There are a few sides to this one, so stay with me..

First, realize that time is a human construct.  From an earthly perspective, time seems to move very slowly, for example, when you are in severe pain or missing a loved one whose body has died.  However the collective evidence shows that this earthly life, even if it’s one hundred difficult years, is but a blink of an eye in the span of eternity.  So, is it worth a relatively few moments of challenges to learn and serve others?  Some Souls apparently think so.

Next, remember that not all suffering is pre-planned on a Soul level.  You can’t know what is and what isn’t without the benefit of an evidential medium, hypnosis session, or other way to evaluate.  It’s difficult to estimate since a Soul’s perspective is so different from that of humans.

It’s said that when he was asked why there is so much suffering, the Buddha answered: To grow and serve others. Over time, various cultures have taught that suffering is grace and that we shouldn’t question God’s will. Native Americans had mystery bags in which they symbolically stored what puzzled them at the time. At a later date, they re-examined the event to see if it made more sense.  Other cultures have recognized the X-factor and value of the unknowable in life. These viewpoints recognize that human perspectives can fail to capture the meaning and timing of life events.

Suffering can have many layers of meaning.  Thirty-five year-old Mary, a wife and mother of three young children, developed breast cancer.  After receiving the best that medical / disease care has to offer, surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, she died.  From a limited human perspective, that certainly seemed to be a horrible occurrence.  From a greater reality viewpoint however, her illness and death may have been pre-planned by her Soul so that:
*her husband and children might be more motivated to search for meaning and remember who they are (at a spiritual level)
*caregivers could develop their skills by working with her
*estranged family members would reunite
*more people can learn the importance of healthy, chemical-free food, water, cleaning, and body care products that don’t pollute them and our planet
*others might realize the wisdom of using preventive and natural healing methods instead of relying on dangerous approaches after a crisis occurs
*her soul could take an early exit and turn the page in life’s eternal book

We can’t fathom the degree of love, wisdom, and caring inherent in every aspect of the cosmos. Perhaps those words will help when you are trying to understand life’s most difficult quandaries.

David Cousins - Lightworker and Author says in his book A Handbook for Light Workers;
'Transmuting slow frequency energies can be done through a normal healthy body. But some Light Workers who have agreed to work with planetary energy, take on cancer or leukaemia in order to draw that negative energy into their system... Once their system has absorbed as much negative energy as they can handle, they transmute it by the process of their physical death. He says of that ths is a deliberate act of (healing) love for the planet.

8. Is suicide preplanned?
As with murder, the reasons for and wisdom behind suicides can vary greatly. Suicide among young people is alarmingly common these days.  When I speak to groups of bereaved / shining light parents, about 20% of their children died this way.  (The term shining light parent describes the potential for bereaved parents to realize their children really are shining lights now. This upgraded perspective can assist them in moving beyond the pain of severe grief more quickly and easily.)

My current understanding is that souls do not plan to definitely die by suicide.  However, they may pre-plan the possibility of suicide to:
*allow very old people to die with more dignity versus slowly vegetating
*help souls who died by suicide in another time / place to experience the devastation caused when loved ones die that way
*keep the infirm person from draining resources of family, tribe, or country
*create an exit point to move into the next phase of life
*help warn others about factors that may negatively impact the body and brain: potentially harmful prescription drugs, vaccinations, excess heavy metals and chemicals, chronic stress, and agri-business produced foods. In my opinion, these are some of the causative factors in the high suicide rate among young people.
*bring attention to the paradox that we mercifully euthanize our pets, but humans must suffer horribly and slowly decay away. Bioethics haven’t caught up with technological advances that can keep people alive way beyondany semblance of quality living.

For myself this explanation of the Soul Plan as it relates to death, whilst not widely heard of in the popular media or outside spiritual and new age circles, does nevertheless ring true. I believe that whilst specifics of the details may not be exact or correct, how could they be given the context of the subject matter, but the gist and spirit of the outlook does seem likely - that our Souls are co creative partners in their own evolution along the path to fulfilment of their Souls Purpose.
This view rather than seeing terminal illness or other end of life events as creating victims of their subjects, turns tables on their death experience and spiritually empowers our departed loved ones in the process. Although the reasons for such a choice remain beyond me, that Wendy's Soul chose her path and my Soul agreed to support her, is in some way a great comfort.

I hope that some others may find comfort and release from their grief and loss in this outlook too, that light and love will uplift and inspire.

The Only Thing True / Poem

Here and now is the only place that really matters,

the spiritually minded repeatedly say.

Be free in this moment for the past or the yet to come

have no inherent meaning, will lead you astray...

All else is conjecture, delusion, projection,

an imagination to cast aside and thus live for the day.

But this here and now is so much more,

step through the heart into the secret of the way -

Here cosmic orders of being, light and divine love,

dance forever in the most sublime and joyful of play,

Here may appear sometimes physical yes,

but there's more spiritual bliss to this existence everyday.

For this here and now is also emotional and electromagnetic

in some hithertoo fathomless way,

So Much Thankfulness / Poem

Covered from heart to toe in your love's blessings, I have so much to be thankful for -

But this life now seems like a prophecy that has been cast awry and dismantled blindly in the dark.
Even the gods must have followed a plan that was broken, an unrelenting strange quark.
Even the divines in their wisdom missled, must have followed a scripture misread.
Even all of the science, medecine and prayers, diets, drs and devotions did not set aside this foreclosure.

What they did to you and me, I will follow your love to the heavens of white clover -
What they did to you and me, I will uphold our love like a banner that god in compassion will not wish to pass over,
What they did to you and me, I will be with you forever.

I am beset by the coldness of the midnight moon bathing in the warm tears of the heart of my soul,
as you are relocated to the 'up above' like a mystical magnetic North pole.
I am the sacrificial sundancer dancing in the sacred sunshine of your hazy heavenly love,
as my blood and every heartbeat call your name for it is you that I cannot be deprived of.
I am yet grateful to know this, you exist as a free spirit of joy in the eternity.

The Bridge Over the River / Post

I have just started reading
The Bridge Over the River by Sigwart
which was recommended to me by the spiritual singer Deva Premal.
I am delighted to share that this is a beautifully written book which I warmly recommend to everybody who accepts there may be more to our lives on Earth than the meerely physical and especially to all such who are bereaved.
There is so much love and light pouring forth from this beautiful book. 

Here is a quote for example from Page 57-58 -  October 26, 1915,
The author is writing from heavenly realms -
''I abide among you with the sun in my heart. The warm rays penetrate you and endow you with peace. You were victorious over your lives, over death, because a holy power proceeds from the overcoming of earthly affairs;

It is remarkable to me that this book was published in the early 1900's. I can imagine Sigwart's sister's apprehension in publishing, along with the remarkable joy and promise that compels me to read and reread.

Bought this one for friends and they love it so much, one ordered two more to give out.

This book is a very welcome and uplifting outlook on the spirit being in and communicating from the afterlife. It gives the open minded reader much comfort and encouragement in their hope or belief of their deaparted loved one(s) being ever with us and assures us that we will be reunited in the hereafter.

Soul Groups, Soul Mates & Twin Flames

The matter of how deeply our Souls may be connected to each other and wether true love will be reunited after death has been in my heart-mind for some time. Following the death of my beloved wife who is the love of my life, I have explored some of the current thinking on Soul Groups, Soul Mates & Twin Flames and share here a compilation of those thoughts. With gratitude to all the sources I have drawn from, credit is given to each author plus a link to their post at the end of each quote used.

On Soul Groups / Spirit Families;

Have you ever come across a person who you feel as though you’ve known “forever,” even if you’ve just met them, a person who you immediately connect with, without knowing why? These people who we connect with on a deep heart level are part of what is known as our 'Soul Group' or 'Soul Family'.

A Soul Group is comprised of a group of people that your Soul energetically resonates with on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level at any given moment. These people are members of the same 'Spirit Family' as you and they share an intensely strong bond with you that transcends time and space itself. Intuitively, most people tend to describe this connection as sharing the same “frequency” or “vibration” because of the deep harmony felt among such people.

Such a deep and harmonious connection goes beyond sharing the same surface-based personality tastes, hobbies and opinions: it’s an intense magnetic and spiritual bond you will feel that is inexplicable to the mind. Therefore, your Soul Group is often described as being comprised of Souls that are cut from the same “energetic cloth” as you. But this deep connection isn’t necessarily romantic. Essentially, a Soul connection happens when two people of the same vibrational frequency energetically overlap and share each other’s thoughts, feelings, values, and dreams.  Although you might come from different cultures, races, or opposite backgrounds, you will immediately sense an ancient and strong connection in your bones, blood, and very Soul. For some people meeting members of the Soul Group will feel like heaven, as can be seen in the case of Soulmate and Twin Flame encounters.

Metaphysically speaking, Soul Groups are a natural product of the “flow” of Spirit. If you look at the Ocean, you’ll notice that sometimes clusters of waves arise. The same goes for Soul Groups: we are all Spirit, but we are also broken down into many different Soul Groups. These Soul Groups carry out certain roles, namely, to help each other embody the purpose of their Souls. In other words, your Soul Family is here to to catalyze your spiritual awakening, to help you learn, grow, and experience what ancient traditions have referred to as “moksha”, self-realization or enlightenment.

Historically, Soul Groups that gained a lot of force and traction created drastic social changes. Take, for instance, the Creative Renaissance, that was composed of figures such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Machiavelli, Thomas More, Copernicus, Francis Bacon, Galileo, Martin Luther and William Shakespeare.

There was also the Spiritual Renaissance that was composed of figures such as Gautama Buddha, Mahavira, Makkhali Gosala, and Ajita Kesakambali. In China, there was Confucius, Lao Tzu, Mencius, Chuang Tzu, Lieh Tzu, and in Greece there was Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Heraclitus, and Pythagoras. All of these individuals interacted with each other in different ways that were necessary for a revolution to occur.

Each of these Soul Groups has expanded our collective growth and evolutionary progress. Not only that, but each coming generation will bring in waves of powerful and transformative energies that are built upon the previous progress of earlier Soul Families. By finding your Soul Group, you grow at not only an individual level but also a collective level. Each plan, each path, is equally as important in the overall evolution of the whole.

On the Soul Mate; 

The term “Soul Mate” dates all the way back to Plato. It is a generic word for a close loved one. But the phrase soul mate itself was first recorded in 1822, when the poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge wrote in a letter, “To be happy in Married Life . . . you must have a Soul-mate.” In today’s vernacular, the word soul mate has come to assume a much more intimate nature. A 2016 soul mate is (often refered to or thought to be synonymous with) a more mystical co-mingling of heart and soul into a “twin flame.” Those who are soul mates today are destined to be together for eternity.

A Soul Mate doesn’t necessarily indicate a connection that is romantic or sexual, they could simply just be the best friend you’ve ever had or even other family members. Alternately, sometimes these Soul Mate relationships are romantic and sexual and we form life partnerships. This is a totally different feeling and experience than just being with someone you love.  The shorthand Soul Mates often use to describe one another is “the love of my life.”

Some Soul Mates are not meant to have a long lasting connection in this lifetime. They might meet at a crossroads to help each other when one of them is supposed to make a difficult decision or take a new direction.  Sometimes the connection is very short and the relationship is an opportunity to learn lessons, but is not meant to last.

On the other hand, some lucky people get to share many years of their lives with their Soul Mate. They experience a deep and abiding love and feel connected to each other in every possible way.  It seems like heaven on earth – but there’s a downside to that too. Losing someone who has been your perfect partner, (possibly they are even) your Twin Flame, in life is so very painful.

My friend’s parents were married for over 50 years before her father died. “Our love went very deep,” her mother often says. “The pain of losing him goes just as deep. But I know we will be together again.” She’s right! You will be connected with your Soul Mate in Heaven. Of course you will. You belong together. Your Soul Mate is always with you throughout your life, and you will be reunited when you pass over. In the meantime, your Soul Mate is watching over you, protecting you, helping you as you do the work you are meant to be here to do, and waiting for that time when you will be together again.

On The Twin Soul / Twin Flame

People from our designated Soul Groups are those that we have a Soul Contract with and are supposed to be part of our learning journey on this earth.  Sometimes we also agree to team up with these souls in order to create and bring new innovation to earth. When our soul comes to earth (however) not all of our energy (necessarily) enters into our body. The rest of our energy can remain in higher realms or it can be transferred into another body.

When you have two bodies with the same soul energy, it is referred to as Twin Flame. While everyone has soul energy left in higher realms that they are connected to, having a Twin Flame on Earth can be pretty rare. Reincarnating into two different bodies is often a lot of hard work for a soul, which is why it is often only seen in advanced souls that are looking to come to Earth for rapid learning. Twin Flames may find each other during their time on Earth, but the purpose of their connection is not just romantic as commonly believed, it is often for a higher cause and to impart knowledge and wisdom to Earth.

Someone’s Twin Soul is someone they’re quantumly entangled with. We now know particles can somehow be invisibly linked to each other across vast distances. Einstein called it spooky action at a distance. The idea of Twin Souls is also found in the Zohar, a mystical Jewish text. It teaches that before God sends souls into the world, they are formed in male and female pairs. Once on Earth, these souls are then rejoined by God at the right time, this is the point of meeting your twin soul. On The Death Of A Twin Flame

When a Twin Flame dies, the awakened twin can go back into soul shock for a period of time.  What you have to remember is the fact that despite your relationship with your Twin Flame in this life, your souls are always joined.  When your Twin Flame dies — you will always feel a deep sense of loss, It’s a soul shock. Since twin flames are always together in spirit, whether they both realize it or not—it’s imperative to know that death actually will bring your Twin Flame closer to you.  You may be wondering how this happens or how it is possible — but when you stop to actually think of it, it makes a lot of sense.
